 After taking this session, I have found some useful websites shared by my classmates. I hope to integrate these websites into my teaching in the future so that students can benefits from the what these websites offer. Randall's Cyber Listening Lab   :  Randall's Esl Cyber Listening Lab provide a wide range of free practice for learners at different levels. The activities of this websites focus on everyday English comprehension skills at three levels based on content, voices, vocabulary, and natural speed. Learning objectives can be identified as the goals that should be achieved by a student at the end of every lesson. The objectives of a lesson describe the base knowledge and skills that we want our students to learn from our lesson. One of the method to identify a lesson's learning objectives is ABCD method.  ABCD approach consists of four elements: A - B - C - D in which A (Audience) : Determine who will achieve the objectives B (Behaviour) : Use the action verbs from Bloom's taxonomy to write observable and measurable behaviour that shows mastery of the objectives. C (Condition) : If any, state the condition under which behaviour is to be performed D (Degree) : If possible, state the criterion for acceptable performance, speed, accuracy, quality Some web-searching tools that I find useful for my teaching are Slideshare and Giphy . A blog can function as an online journal in which writer updates his or her own words, ideas and thoughts and share them with anyone who are given the right to access the blog. Teachers can create blogs for their own classes for the purpose of spreading the knowledge.  There are reasons for choosing a blog for an ESL class:  To provide extra practice for students (reading, listening, grammar or vocabulary). To recommend different learning resources To stimulate out of class discussion. To build up collection of students' work (writing, projects...) To help build a closer relationship between students in a large class Teachers have lots of choices to choose the platforms for their ESL blogs namely wordpress.org, web.com, blogger.com...  After attending the first session of the course Technology in Language Teaching , I have been informed of a new way of teaching and learning that is Flipped Learning   In a Flipped Learning class, students are expected to study the materials and do the tasks before the lesson. They are encouraged to join discussions or cooperative group tasks in order to discover the learning theories or fulfil any assignments. Then the whole lesson is devoted to sharing and giving feedbacks. Revising the tasks and writing reflection are required at the process of Flipped Learning.  For me, this methodology is quite new since I have always used traditional teaching method in which most of the knowledge is delivered by teacher to students. I find Flipped Learning advantageous to students since they truly take part in the process of discovering knowledge. If students do not work on the materials or the tasks before the lesson, they cannot raise their voices in discussion or sharing phase....
